Juniper Trace Office Condominium
Bee Caves, TX – Juniper
A 2 story 25,000 square foot office condominium with associated parking and site features. The project's design is a complete response to respecting the natural qualities of the site. Every effort was made to save as many trees as possible, work with the natural contours of the site and provide accessible parking to all building access points. The building provides for flexible layouts of various office configurations and maximizes the total building efficiency with regard to useable square footage. The building exterior and interior lobby spaces harken to an architecture that reflects rustic hill country qualities and provides a more intimate sense of scale for its users. Leuders limestone, rough troweled stucco, standing seam metal roof, distinctive roof/shade awnings and regional landscaping provide a strong vernacular sense.
