A 21,000 square foot, 2 story, retail and office facility with associated parking and site features. The project's design is a complete response to its local environment and the unique qualities of the site. The retail facility is comfortably set back from the neighboring residences and orients its major exposure toward Hill Country and Lake views. The project caters toward boutique type users with unique entries and flexible storefront exteriors. Balconies and plaza-like areas help provide useable outdoor spaces that enhance the user friendly qualities of the project. With its "Hill Country" setting and distant views, the design captures a regional vernacular as expressed in its sandstone exterior veneer, standing seam metal roof, exposed wood trusses and forms and shapes that recall historical Texas architecture.
